1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

MUCK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a takedown notice for user-uploaded content (for example, a photo in a review), provide the following in writing to muckapplication@gmail.com or via the form below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorized agent;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on MUCK;
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Our Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and keep a record of the action. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and consent to local jurisdiction. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
